Notice period

For Event styling and kids party styling with us we ask for 7 days notice. So we can ensure all supplies for your day a here with plenty of time to spare. We can be abit flexible if you have run into a last minute emergency or have fewer guest attending. 

Setup of your Event timeframe 

Usually anywhere between 1-2 hours

Payment Method

Full payment must be made 72 hours before your event and a 50% deposit to secure your event day.

Making a Booking with us

Please call us or email us with your event details and the date you have in mind. Once we have an idea as to what services you are after we will provide a invoice via email. 50% deposit or the full amount  is then asked to secure your date and for us to go ahead and get things ready. 

Bond

A bond for all our event pieces is to secure our minds that inventories remain intact and treasured. Our team have spent hours finding and resourcing our pieces. The bond is fully refundable after your event so long as goods are damage free, and everything is accounted for.

Cancellation

we offer a full 100% refund on our event styling and kids party setups Before 14days+ Notice

after this,

14 - 5 days notice a 50% refund for the booking amount will be made. 

less than 5 days notice there will be No refund and the customer forfeits rights for a refund if there is a request to cancel. 

Bad weather

In the event you have decide for an outdoors location and the weather is not looking good we offer a rescheduling free of charge for 1 time only if given 72hours + notice. 

( we also hire out marquees for additional cost)

for less than 72hours notice

 to reschedule constitutes a reschedule fee of $150.00

Event Liability Disclaimer and Release

In consideration of being allowed to register for and participate in an event, activity, or experience ("Event"), I hereby waive, release from liability, assume all risks, and covenant not to sue the EITE Marketing Agency or their respective members, employees, board members, agents, or volunteers (the "EITE MARKETING AGENCY Parties") for any expense, loss, damage, personal injury (including loss of life, disability, or serious harm), property damage or theft, negligence, or actions (each, a "Loss") resulting from or arising in connection with my travel to, attendance at, or participation in the Event and any related activities unless said Loss is caused by the sole, gross negligence of EITE MARKETING AGENCY.

I agree that this waiver and release shall bind me and my personal representatives, shall be enforceable to the fullest and broadest extent of the law, and, if any portion is held invalid, the remainder should continue in full legal force and effect. I am an adult of sound mind and capable of entering into this waiver. I have read its terms and fully understand and agree to the provisions herein. I agree that this waiver shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New South Wales and enforced only in courts in the State of New South Wales. Under applicable law, I waive my rights under the Deceptive Trade Practices-Consumer Protection Act. After an opportunity to consult with an attorney of my own selection, I voluntarily consent to this waiver.

I understand and am aware that my participation in the Event involves risk, including, but not limited to, travel, physical activity, locales where public health and safety may be at risk, or activities that involve risk that I create for others or others may create for me. These risks may lead to a Loss, and I nonetheless choose to participate in the Event. I am also aware that there are risks that I may not have considered, yet I waive my right to any claims that may occur from these unconsidered risks, and I choose to participate in the Event. I acknowledge that no promises, representations, or affirmations of fact were made to me by EITE MARKETING AGENCY or its representatives concerning the safety or danger associated with travelling to the Event or participating in any activity or interaction related to or associated with the Event.

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Indemnified Parties from any loss, liability, damages, or costs the Indemnified Parties may incur, whether caused by negligence, active or passive, or otherwise, in connection with my participation in the Event.
